We’ve rolled out exciting new updates to the Stack AI platform.

These include Template Library, Knowledge Base Evals, GPT-5 & OSS models, End-user connections, Outlook & Teams integrations and more.

Template Library

Save your projects as Templates that you can reuse in new workflows

Find your favorite templates in the Template Library to quickly get started with new workflows

Knowledge Base Evals

We’ve added a new playground to evaluate retrieval within your Knowledge Bases

First, select a Knowledge Base, and click on Evaluate

Then, use sample queries to Evaluate Retrieval performance e.g., see what chunks are being retrieved, their relevance score, from which documents, etc

Click on Advanced Settings to tweak settings like how many chunks to retrieve, or which retrieval method to use (i.e., semantic vs. keyword - or hybrid)

Click on References to see where the Knowledge Base is being used

Explore Folders via Knowledge Base

We’ve added a new toggle to the Knowledge Base Node: when turned on, it recursively lists all children files and folders in the directory - otherwise, it only returns the immediate ones

KB query results as JSON objects with metadata

Results from Knowledge Base queries can now be JSON objects with enriched chunks and metadata

You can select which fields to show at the Knowledge Base Node, and how to display these results in the Output Node

Use Inputs as reference in the LLM node

Inputs like files can now be passed directly to the LLM node as context to streamline referencing content

You can turn on this setting via the LLM node by enabling Use References

Add multiple URLs as a Knowledge Base

Select option to manually add a list of URLs

Add the URLs to index in your Knowledge Base

Use end-user connections

We’ve added the option to enable using end-user connections in Actions - for example, create a Salesforce case using the end-user’s credentials

Generate charts as images with the Analysis Tool

Set it up by using the StackAI App and selecting the Analysis Tool

Ask your LLM to generate a chart for you!

Governance improvements

Bulk delete invitations

You can now bulk delete pending invitations via the Members tab

Bulk delete Knowledge Bases

Similarly, you can now bulk delete Knowledge Bases

New integrations & actions

Outlook is now available as a Knowledge Base: add it as a Connection and select the files (or emails) you’d like to index

We’ve also added an action to Search Emails via Outlook

New Microsoft Teams integration + actions

New Miro connection + actions

New Dropbox Integration: as a Knowledge Base

And with actions to search files more granularly using file extension and category filtering

Excel SharePoint integration to interact with Sheets

Including actions to get, write, delete Sheets
