Use this tool to get repos list branches
The account owner of the repository. The name is not case sensitive.
The name of the repository without the `.git` extension. The name is not case sensitive.
Setting to `true` returns only branches protected by branch protections or rulesets. When set to `false`, only unprotected branches are returned. Omitting this parameter returns all branches.
