How to build a Compliance Chatbot

It starts by allowing the user to enter a question or paste content they want reviewed, such as a draft social media post. Users can also upload files for the system to analyze. The AI then reviews the user’s input and any uploaded documents, searching through official policy files and knowledge base materials to find relevant rules. It summarizes the answer in clear, simple terms and always cites the exact section, page, or policy name where the information is found. If the answer cannot be confirmed in the policies, the AI will respond that the issue needs to be escalated to the Compliance Team, ensuring that no unverified advice is given.
