The AI assistant is specifically configured to maintain HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality, only presenting information that exists in the provided context without making inferences or assumptions about medical details.

All gathered information—the original query, database results, AI analysis, and FHIR medical data—is then compiled into a professionally formatted Patient Report using a template system.
