It then uses an LLM to draft a tailored SOW in a consistent structure aligned to the selected template, producing a clear, reusable document-ready output. The workflow converts the draft into a Word (DOCX) file stored in SharePoint and automatically sends an Outlook email to the designated reviewer with a direct link to the document—reducing turnaround time, improving consistency, and accelerating internal review.
